Meditation is not some “Kooky” thing you will be doing. Millions of people have experienced it daily all around the world for centuries. The technique in the video works so well for me, I wanted to share it.
I have another way I meditate, but I like prefer this technique. It’s called ‘Tapping’ or the EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique.) Try it you might like it. Hating a job can really drain you, and meditation can bring you back to your normal self, once again.
